The risk that comes with working at a startup

Small start-up means a lot of cross-functional possibilities. Employees are fun and encouraging. A ton of funding from top VC. Elegant software. Expansion to new spacious office greatly welcomed.

Execution, early start-up chaos. Needs better employee training/onboarding process. Needs to hire faster - marketing and sales engineer department desperately needed.
