This company appoints their teachers at other schools in different parts of India, but when it comes to taking a stance for them, they prefer to stay quiet and blindly trust on school's feedback. Regarding job security, any person can be terminated or forced to leave. They will ask you to serve notice period of 20 days against the contract of 30 days. also they will make you work for 30 days but will pay you for 20 days only.

Immediate colleagues were great, the work environment within our individual team was very supportive and conducive

Due to major upheaval in the team, many team members chose to move on as they did not resonate anymore with the product they were working on. Almost none of the ex-employees have received their FNF. Some of these are employees who quit the organisation at least 4-5 months ago. The standard TAT for FNF settlement in any organisation is normally 45 days and that is what was told to us but in reality that doesn’t seem to be the case. Apart from that, even while being a part of the organisation, salaries for contractual employees often came 2-3 weeks later, sometimes not at all for the month and directly in the next month, TDS was being cut for salaries that weren’t even taxable, promised reimbursements would randomly not be disbursed. Lack of transparency and valid explanations for the same.
