Pros
Beyondsoft has some of the best benefits I've ever seen for a "contract" gig. Health insurance that is mostly paid by the company (best I've ever seen), and access to pay into 401K.
Cons
At the mercy of the companies it is contracting for (e.g., HP). If the customer doesn't have work, Beyondsoft doesn't have work. I rated Career Opportunities as average - not much room for salaried employees to move up in the company. It's better for the hourly workers.
