- Poor performance review process. Even your performance were outstanding, get treated the same way as poor performance employee. - Poor career development. They only focus on client and you just need to finish your task, not even care about your personal development. - Outsourcing company, if client decided to shut down the project, you will get sacked. - Low salary. You will get promoted and more responsibility but no salary increment. Performance evaluated from client and management located in China. Payroll managed by HR Malaysia. Even you performed well, Malaysia HR wont be notice, and they might not aware you are promoted.
