I began working with Bhakti by doing some overnight cleaning. The company was much smaller at that time and had a much more laissez faire attitude towards it's employees and their responsibilities. They were able to tighten up the production process and produce more tea than ever. If you're looking for opportunities to try new things and grow, they re willing to work with you to help you learn and grow.

The growth is very self-directed. There was very little career development guidance from senior management. Benefits are good for a single person, but not for a family.
