Cons
A startup loosing its Glory. No investment from Softbank. Bharti reducing the investment to this failed venture. Pays employees a handsome sum when they join on contractual biases. These contracts never materialize into a permanent status. The person has to wait a year or few to be on their payroll. They had an average (Whooping) 3% appraisal this year. They don't give JD as per industry standards. It is often said HR is the worst in startups because they are hired from C-Grade Institutes. But here they are incomparable. The worst ever. Mostly on holidays or ether in front of the mirror in the filthy sharing toilet. Most of the senior management has left or about to resign. Try not to join this sinking Ship..Aha Boat.
