Very Unprofessional and disrespectful HIRING PROCESS - Senior Motion Designer Bhutani Group Employee Review

I recently went through the entire recruitment process with the BHUTANI Group, including assignments and multiple interview rounds. Despite clearing all stages and being transparent about my CTC expectations from the first conversation, I was informed by HR that there was no budget to hire me. This experience was extremely disappointing and mentally taxing. It highlighted a serious lack of responsibility and respect for candidates' time and effort. The management team at BHUTANI Group appears to be highly unprofessional, disregarding the dedication and hopes candidates invest in the process. The excuse provided by HR at the final stage was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's hiring practices.
