Some of the reasons why, you should or may want to work at Bi-County Services, Inc. is because the staff and the clients are very friendly, easy to get along with, as well as the facts that you get treated well and you receive a decent paycheck every two weeks.

One of the cons of working at Bi-County Services, Inc, is that if you are working with a client (or consumer as BCS staff calls them) you might get hurt from them or you may hear one of them or more making sounds that are annoying, but that is the way that they communicate, therefore you have to be respectful towards them even though it may be hard.

Rewarding, as most clients are very sweet

Overworked, with expectation to stay if relief does not show up. Constantly guilt tripped into picking up hours & was told when calling off sick that I had to find my own coverage or go to work sick. This could have changes, as I have not worked there in 7 years but date selection would not let me go back that far. Only leaving review because I was forced to leave one to continue using site
