      Good employee discount and benefits. Lots of workers passionate about food and drinks.

      Management is extremely frustrating. Small business turning into corporate. Investments in new store location when current stores need additional support and resources.

      Pros

      Front of house staff are very nice. they definitely deserve more pay and grace. Owner Sam and Partner Kevin are kind and seem genuine.

      Cons

      CEO micromanages and admin staff are disconnected from their FOH employees. Loud voices and men are favored for promotions. Their HR staff don't know the basics and lack the knowledge to conduct proper workplace investigations. Definitely a lot of bias going on there. Leadership needs more diversity.
