Pros

- Challenging work with much learning value - Awesome technology - Noble goals - Good pay and benefits More importantly there are amazingly talented and kind individuals working here. Each contributing to the project according to their own skills and aptitudes, with some selflessly taking time to teach and train new team members.

Cons

- Delayed Collaboration (e.g. team members in different time zones) - Quality not prioritized - Unbelievably high turnover rate - Little communication from upper management In addition to the cons listed above, it became clear early on that a few individuals were very disrespectful to others on the team. Considering the small office space, it was difficult not to overhear disparaging comments, and crude humor directed at others. What made this situation frustrating was that these individuals were supposed to be team leaders. The place is ran more like a research lab at a local state university, where grad students bully the undergrads around and the PI does not seem to notice. I sincerely hope this culture changes, considering this company has an amazing TAH product and high potential.

Pros

-Great benefits. -Product has potential. -Very few talented, and great people to work with.

Cons

- Nepotism. - Inexperienced Management / Leadership. - Disorganized Management. - Disrespectful Management / Leadership. - Quality is last in priority. - Toxic Culture. - High Turnover. It's a small facility, everyone can hear the disrespectful and derogative conversations from Management , Leadership, and some team members. Nobody takes ownership of their mistakes. The Quality Department, former employees, and Interns are used as a scapegoat. Off-site and after hour meetings are held to get rid of employees that are not in their social circle. Unethical manufacturing practices are made during after hours. Highly skilled and talented people with many years in the industry are hired only to be belittled, and used to feed one's egoistic personality. Despite the cons listed, I still hope the product succeeds. And I wish Dr. Timms the best.
