The people who work here are excellent, sadly they have been grifted into working their buts off for people and managers that do not care about employees below management.
Cons
If you're an employee in any support role you are treated like the help. I have been threatened with termination from managers not in my department, I have been called out and put on the spot during meetings by managers and I have been openly admonished for refusing to use my personal devices for work. The level of disrespect and rudeness I have experienced here from management is bar none the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Management needs a complete overhaul at this company, the company ONLY works for the management, not the employees. The management culture is deeply divided, openly hostile and absolutely STEEPED in nepotism. It's shocking how many completely unqualified individuals we have in roles that cannot be under-filled. I have not received a raise in two years, nor have I been given any opportunity for additional training or advancement. I will be leaving this company, I don't want to. I do believe the CEO has the best interest of the company at heart and I do believe Rashid cares for and about the employees at all levels. But the fact remains that the middle management at this company treats employees under them with a rarified lack of compassion and respect that just cannot be tolerated if you have any self respect and value. Hence the mass exodus of employees from the technology department.
