A dynamic organisation with great co-workers and a diversity of initiatives from infrastructure advocacy (getting bike lanes and bike sheds) to behavioural change (Ride2Work and Ride2School) and events.

There wasn't much emphasis on staff team building.

Make you work events, working 13+ hour days, no pay but say you can take a day off work. Low pay (VERY LOW PAY). No opportunities to move up in the company. Cost cut everything. Management are stern in their ways of thinking and refuse to see anything from perspectives of people which aren't crazy bike people.
