      The people were friendly, smart and great to work with

      Cons

      Terrible management and senior leadership, which have made costly mistakes multiple times. No real incentive to work hard due to poor compensation growth.

      Good team-members. Egotistical C level especially CRO.

      Cons

      Misguided C level. Ego outshines care for employees and deliverables. Unqualified CRO micro manager and does not understand staff. Misguided egotistical management and expectations.

      Lovely people and good tech stack, especially DevOps side.

      Cons

      - Pay - Treatment from HR - Level of appreciation from upper management - Juniors were well behind the current market, 80% left forcing the company to bump reactively to keep the remaining 20% to closer to market value. - Large loss of mid/junior talent in the past 2 years left lots of gaps between grads and senior developers
