Decent small startup company - Software Engineer Bidvine Employee Review

I worked at Bidvine for almost four years as a Marketing Manager. I loved working there because the company Founders had a great vision and created a strong team around it who are enabled to do their best work. Staff are generally switched on to the latest best practice and there are a lot of learning opportunities. The company is still growing so it's the perfect time to join to make a difference. If you love a workplace where no two days are the same, where you can challenge yourself, think outside the box, and where you can become great friends with your colleagues, then you'll love Bidvine. They also celebrate successes on Fridays and they have a great company culture with optional lunch and learn sessions held every two weeks. I will very much miss my colleagues at Bidvine and I am grateful for having had the opportunity to join Bidvine on its journey.

Access to all areas of the business. A friendly culture which is actively worked on. The leadership is experienced, which helps with personal issues.

Some depts are spread across the globe and in a small company that makes it hard to learn from and build relationships with colleagues in different areas of the business.
