      Chill environment, great tips. Good management. You get out what you put in.

      Cons

      Only $2.13/hour, which goes straight to tips, so if it’s slow you won’t make any money.

      Pros

      Management and scheduling was flexible with my need during school.

      Cons

      Seasonal downfall in colder months without hourly compensation to make up for loss of tips due to weather and in ability to leave for winter and come back in warmer months.
