Pros

Build lasting friendships with co-workers, discounts, learning more about outdoors/sports, building thick skin because the customer isn't always right and you'll be balancing that every shift.

Cons

At the district level, store management promotions are from within, which is great, but it's often out of desperation to fill positions and the person promoted isn't qualified to lead

Pros

Most employees were really fun to work with, life/work balance was great, taught me good life skills, good first job for work experience.

Cons

Barely got scheduled (pretty sure my location was way over employed), occasional rude and entitled costumers (especially during the holidays), could get very slow and boring at times, sketchy area, overal, not a great job if you're looking for something that pays well.
