Pros
Simple job, same tasks week in and week out. Minimal learning curve. Easy to rank up if you have any work ethic at all. Stable paycheck, though small.
Cons
Creativity is not rewarded. Company is extremely slow to adapt to industry standards or any other change. Culture encourages doing the minimum, any extra effort will not be compensated. 3% annual raise at most regardless of results/efforts. Retail schedule is awful. Store hours change every week. How long before we're working Thanksgiving Day?
