Pros

As a salaried manager you do get a paycheck regardless of sales

Cons

Does not pay a living wage. The company from the top down does not care about it's employees. The company cares only about the bottom line . They do not give cost of living raises. Every manager I've spoken to wants to leave the company . They hire/promote out of necessity not hard work / work ethic. The negative morale throughout the company is tangible. Hours are terrible. It is retail so that should be expected As a salaried manager.. the salary they pay you is based on 40 hours a week but you are mandatory scheduled 45-60 per week. Writing your own schedule should be a perk, but because of the district manager I have. More than 50% of your schedules are written for you without wiggle room. If you need a day off during a closed week. Be prepared to be reprimanded If you enjoy having no life and getting paid terribly this job is for you .
