Pros

It is a really fun, innovative, and creative group of people. Big still has the 'family' feeling of a small company, but all the benefits of working at a larger company. The office is amazing and one can feel creative just by being in it. One of the biggest focuses at Big is to find people who not only can do their job extremely well, but fit in with an over all culture. This means that everyone all has the same type of goals, dreams, and aspirations as well as very similar personality types. This makes for great company events and makes it really easy to create really great friendships.

Cons

There, currently, is no structure or plan in place to promote employee development and growth through the company. Basically, one can come in and work in a fun and amazing place, but once they get tired, bored, or no longer challenged with their current position in the company, it is almost impossible to move, shift, or grow within the company.

Pros

BIG is full of talented people who are amazing to work with. It's a very forward thinking environment where you are allowed to wear jeans to work, and even bring your dog. Management is very flexible and accommodating. The work is also quite rewarding the majority of the time.

Cons

BIG is at a transitioning point with a lot of new senior management. Morale is low at times along with heightened stress at some points. The different departments are also very separate and sometimes don't communicate well with one another. Client expectations are very high, and at times difficult to manage.
