      Pros

      Work with some really nice small to medium sized brands Super creative - the designers & strategy teams are incredibly talented Pay is pretty good for the industry

      Cons

      The worst company I have ever worked for. Very toxic, my mental health was impacted and I never wish anyone to go through what I went through. Horrible management - micromanagement, bullying and belittling. Messy working environment - unprofessional. Zero onboarding or training Team morale low - no camaraderie in the office

      It has done some nice work.

      The Owner and Founder is a truly unpleasant, rude egomaniac. He cares nothing about the well-being of his staff, or fostering a healthy company culture. He portrays a different image to clients and the outside world. All he really cares about is himself and making money. sad but true. It was the worst place I have ever worked,

      Cons

      Staff are treated very badly, belittled and abused by the management and founder. Which means a bad atmosphere, a toxic company culture and poor mental health. The founder/owner is a narcissistic, abusive, egocentric, bully, despite the way he portrays himself outside of the company, to clients, or on LinkedIn.
