      - Open and collaborative - Fun - Constantly improving communication between groups - Best of both worlds - creative and technical - Fast paced, lots to build and develop - Excellent products created by passionate professionals - Getting better at celebrating accomplishments!

      - Moves so fast at times, it's hard to keep up - More leadership/management training could be put to good use
