Pros
There are some good people working there, if they haven't been driven off. Still looking for other reasons.
Cons
Ecologist Edward O. Wilson said, "Organisms, when housed in unfit habitats, undergo social, psychological and physical breakdown." While this might sound like a stretch for this "agency," it's not. Creativity is suffocated by office politics. Narcissist management and other senior "creatives" are tone-deaf and suffer from low self-esteem, so bullying is ever-present and generally tolerated. Complaints to HR go unregistered. And any reprimands are largely symbolic. Projects are generally choked by clients' lack of funds to execute the best ideas, so you're left with a fast and cheap version. In essence, what you find is a soul crushing and idea killing environment. Parent company JLL now mandates monthly quotas instead of quarterly. So, management makes decisions based solely on numbers, not on creative or their people. This translates to more projects, hours, and junior staff. Sadly, the definition of "red rooster," is accurate to this hen house. Look it up.
