Pros

Monday-Friday schedule and good hours

Cons

Bad communication! Employees do not respond to text, email, and/or calls. When assistance is available too many people are scheduled for appointments and then disappointed when money is gone before they are helped. The people they serve are not a priority. Poor pay.

Competent management with good communication Relaxed but professional atmosphere Helping people feels great Allows you to build skills Networking is nice Getting help is relatively easy

Cons

High turnover due to low starting wage (HAS BEEN INCREASED) Multiple redundancies due to state requirements Communication issues between BSACAP and their grantor Clients can be unpleasant and persistent Cost of living pay increase once per year and extremely rare raises.
