The best part of of working for BSADD is the people, and the environment. The benefits are great, they're super great to work for, and they are always looking for new opportunities to help the community.

The only downside to this place is the salaries. They are very low, and found it impossible to raise a family on the wages.

BSADD has excellent benefits, lots of free training plus mileage & pay twice a month. You work independently with very few trips to the main office. This agency covers 5 counties. You work in your county of residence.

If there is a problem you need to know enough people in your county of residence to solve the problem. The people in the main office have very little knowledge of what you are dealing with out in the field in your own county.
