They treat you like slave. Biggest fraud company in Nagpur. They love people who support them for illegal activities within them. illiterate peoples who tell us how to work with dominating nature...and lot of sledging. Keep you under surveillance check your whats app,mails even if you talk other employee that you share some details with other employee about there illegal activities. Income tax had raid lot of time, Microsoft raid many time.... Purely illegal company even not exist on paper.... No paper work for employee.....even they can prove that you wont work in this company...senior employee go jail lot of time because of that reason.

Been with the firm in the for a while now. Here are some of the best qualities of this firm in my experience ; 1.) A dynamic work culture which has a young yet experienced team. 2.) Has one of the best employee incentives structures. 3.) The management is easily approachable. 4.) Quick resolution of employee queries and concerns. 5.) Employees are never pressured but pro-activeness is always welcomed. 6.) The firm deals in cloud-telephony, a market that's growing and so is the firm. 7.) Has been incubated by TATA Elxsi. This dramatically improves the career opportunity. Having worked in Startups and MNCs , somehow I feel this company has managed to bring in the best of both worlds. In my opinion if you are not lazy and have an ambitious outlook, BigV has ample opportunities.

As an experienced professional, no firm is perfect. But I have not noticed any out of ordinary cons worth mentioning.
