      Pros

      Able to make great connections with students! Generally easy job. Great building.

      Cons

      Really not much support from Admin. Very little training. Lots of classroom management with 200+ study hall students. Pay is meh.

      Great team atmosphere. Very supportive. Mission and vision are completely centered around kids.
