      Pros

      Big talent pool within the company Very good BI product that leverages somewhat old SSAS technology. They are working on cloud upgrade. Since they are UK company, salary is good for Canadian standards.

      Cons

      Actively hiring stuff from mid east puts preasure on salary negotiation and job feels unsecure
