I have worked at multiple agencies, big and small, and Bigfish is by far one of the best places. The leadership here cares about your development and really take into account your feedback. The team here is like a family and puts their hearts and souls into the work they do for our partners. I am proud to be part of this family.

So far, no cons that I can think of.

Fun group of people who could have done some cool stuff if the Principal didn't need his hands in everything, despite not understanding projects.
