Pros
- Customers were passionate about the product and great to work with. - Benefits were among the best I've had for health insurance and PTO. - Team members were fun and willing to help when needed.
Cons
- Management lacked clear direction. I.e. product fixes were discussed but never implemented and key accounts were lost as a result. - A lot of negative customer feedback with no way of resolving due to arbitrary policies. - High pressure to meet some unrealistic goals.
