Pros

Used to have a great team. Interesting projects. Nice office.

Cons

Micromanagement 101. Boss needs to nitpick everything everyone does, messing up any idea of a development pipeline. Biometrics. Only for checking if you actually do meet your time demands. You work extra time? Crunch on weekends? They don't care. Miss a morning because you're sick and they'll take it from your vacation days. Screaming. Yelling. That's how things are settled by the CEO. Absolutely no respect for employees private lives. You're bound to get a phone call in the middle of the night, on weekends, on your holidays, just to ask something from you. Money. They say the team in super expensive. They lack the knowledge to understand the idiocy of such statement. But in the end, they won't pay on time more than half the times. I spent around a year working there. Pay was on time less than 40% of the times. I left months ago and I'm still waiting to get paid for a few months. Lack of a game designer and proper project management. Boss acts as a game designer, director, but he's leaving in game knowledge. The fact that they tried to erase previous Glassdoor reviews says a lot, doesn't it? They can't listen to construct criticism. If you point something out, you're seen as the opposition, as a hater, as someone who just wants to destroy the company. Useless debates. You may spend 3h in a meeting (conveniently scheduled for when you're about to leave) only to get slammed with a "we're going to do things my way, because I say so".

Pros

- Very talented team, capable of great things even under bad working conditions. However, almost all of them have since left the company. - Sometimes there's free hotdogs and pizza in the kitchen.

Cons

- The salaries are subpar and are often late, from 1-2 months to 6 months. - Terrible management. Constant micromanaging, and no delegation of responsibilities. - No game designer. Instead, decisions are made by the CEO, who has a very poor understanding of game design. Furthermore, this is never going to change, due to the fact that the leaderships thinks its decisions are great, and only the implementation of those ideas by the team members is at fault.
