Pros
-Great Team Setup (Managers really care about you and your team mates) -Great Company to learn the ropes of Property Management (But you will have to work hard) -Corporate office team is super nice and I MEAN SUPER NICE. ( The Support is fast as lightning) -The Discount on rent is a plus plus and so are the commissions.
Cons
-There can be a disconnect sometimes between corporate and the site level (But that is with every business) -Pay can be lack luster however there is room to grow and a job that is fun and happy at the end of the day cannot have a value. -With the buying season it can be great however things can slow way down in the slow season. And just like all property management companies its sink or swim when it comes to sales.
