      Pros

      Colleagues are great to work with and you have the possibility to work remote.

      Cons

      A lot of change at once. Many external people, especially in engineering. And these do not know the system to move fast and make the right decisions.

      Barely interested in technical innovation, most skilled labour is bought from consultants, CTO has too little power, pay is only ok-ish
