      Pros

      Good place to work with like minded bicyclists,learn,and have a flexible schedule that leads to happy employees.

      Cons

      Slim chance of owning a yacht on the limited ceiling pay. The best thing ever to happen is when I have a great time and I love it so happy that my family has a happy father thanks to the flexible yoga schedule and for a day and a family of the great father.

      Pros

      It's a lot of fun working at Bike Source. You get to talk about and sell things which people really enjoy, "bro-out" with co-workers and learn tons about bikes. Flexible schedules help out!

      Cons

      It's retail so you'll be there at least one weekend day … but that is not really a con. You get used to it.
