-HR hides information before joining. All time they are in hurried /busy mood but what are they actually doing that is the question.
-After the change in CEO most of the people come to office for gathering in the tea stall/rooftop for gossiping rather than focusing on their job and responsibilities (If you have a look on profit merging you will get clear idea)
- Employees's are investing more time on creating politics in office culture. In previous we don’t have this types of practices.
-All of the department heads lost their energy and work spirits somehow they are not in the track.
-Some juniors are dare to disrespect the seniors nowadays (dept heads or HRs just ignore the issue rather taking action)
-Current HR teams do not have any guts to take some actions regarding these cause they are also in the same boat.
-Some people are taking salary without doing anything and they are the people who are investing time on making the environment toxic.
-As per the activities of some heads, there’s no vision and action
-Clients are not satisfied with the product we are offering (false & fake commitments). Competitors are offering more better service than us but once upon a time we were the market leader.
