The tech stack includes legacy components and some manual workflows, which can limit experimentation; tooling quality varies by team. Workload spikes around releases and support windows, and cross-team communication can be inconsistent, causing last-minute churn. Career paths exist but aren’t always transparent, and training/conference budgets are limited.
