Not many...I guess the best is management leaves you alone. It's just a job and not a career.

Owners have no clue on reviving the Blass name. They don't listen and are surrounded by people who offer no opinion. They hire the wrong people to revive the brand. There are some smart people there but seems they no longer take them seriously.
