Pros

Great people working in the stores, helpful management

Cons

The company has good managers at the store level, but it is a rigid organization where the work processes seem stuck in the 1980s (they still use fax as a communication tool between departments). Employees are required to work six days a week from November to February, and the commission rate is only 4-5% regardless of sales volume. Spiffs are the main supplement to monthly income, representing approximately 40% of total earnings, but they are paid by the vendors, not the company. If you work six days a week, you’ll end up logging around 52 hours per week, with a base salary of $800 before taxes, making the hourly compensation approximately $15 to $16. As for the workflow is highly manual, requiring excessive focus on post-sale activities since there is no automation in the process. Additionally, each department operates differently, making the sales process unnecessarily lengthy and complex.
