No career development and hard to get promotion as you only work as contractor. They earn profit from you rather than grow with you. High risk and unsecure job as their project fully rely on 1 major client. You employment can be terminate immediately with short notice if no contract renewal from client. Dont trust any sweet story from them. You need to serve notice 3 month notice for resignation. However, they can play games to terminate you with short notice or immediately. No bonus given as they are typical contractor agency.
