      - No micro-management - Friendly culture - Reasonable raise - Flexible working hours - WFH, 3 days per month in the office -

      Cons

      - Favoritism - Only one client in KL despite after a few years in business in Malaysia - Constant restructuring - Quite Layoff are happening 2023/2024 - Sneaky 30-day notice clause in the contract - No compensation for layoff regardless years of service - No bonus

      Pros

      The team in Billennium, KL, specially are amazing. They are very engaging and supportive of each other and also really makes sure the teams working together, grow together. From a benefits perspective, the company provides all the necessary benefits to ensure we are properly taken care of.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, can not go to the new office as much and enjoy the new office due to COVID restrictions.
