      Pros

      Super friendly team and flat structure, everyone is approachable and easy to talk to no matter their level. There's a real sense of doing something innovative and worthwhile as well. The technology is complex but there's definitely a culture of building things to high standards.

      Cons

      As a startup things can be fast paced and change frequently - it's exciting but you need to stay on your toes!
