Pros

Coworkers are nice.It feels like family until it doesn’t and then they write you up The CEO was nice n we saw him only once or twice

Cons

Get ready to lose PTO days because of black out periods and not having PTO approved when a you put notice on adp in advance. The customers suck. They can’t read the signs that were made for the waiver They can’t comprehend basic instructions and do the waivers wrong Attitudes left and right Fights that break out by customers The customers expect you to look after their disobedient children or if they lose the kids they demand you look for them Getting threatened as a cashier The kitchen staff gets burned by the ovens Weekends are mandatory So are holidays. When schools are closed be expected to be on the schedule to work HR is not your friends they are there for the company not you Managers are all stressed out and burned out They don’t want to hire more staff for the locations we were always understaffed People who got hired quit the same day if not after they see how weekends are (literally hell) This place is a revolving door for new hires Many people if not all do not stay here

Pros

- Nice co-workers, everyone got along and worked well with each other for the most part - Flexible with scheduling, usually not hard to get days off if you request them in advance. - Close to Disneyland

Cons

- Management would ask the cashiers every now and then to accept cash for sales, but not process the transactions to make up for their short supply of petty cash. This is money laundering and illegal. Any future cashiers, be warned. - Management focused too much on dealing with the cheap corporate company than actually improving the store. Many pieces of play equipment were worn out or out-right broken and often times small suggestions by staff to improve parts of the store would be ignored. - Lack of communication. Policy changes would occur but none of the employees would be notified resulting in wrong information being relayed to customers on occasion. In addition, often times we would need a manager to come to the front desk but none could be found. There is also no phone line in the manager's office, so you could not leave a message either. - Employees have to pay to park. It costs $25 to get a parking card, and then $2 every single day you work there. As a result, I've spent hundreds of dollars just to park at my job. This is ridiculous when you are making minimum wage. They will not reimburse parking expenses. - Lunches and break schedules were not enforced. Sometimes employees would go 6 hours or more without a lunch due to understaffing and lack of a having an enforced lunch or break schedule.
