Poor and extremely negative company culture, to the point of toxicity. Leadership, vision and positivity is supposed to be promoted from the top, instead the firm does not have effective leaders or management, rules by fear/subversion and elimination of top talent while retaining ineffective management that inspires no one. Top heavy untalented and poor management that promotes job stagnation and box mentality. HR has 0 interest in in discussing what future goals are, strengths and accomplishments, where you shine and things that should could be improved upon. Instead work performance is judged by co-worker supplied subjective form reviews, so you better not make anyone angry or you will be terminated.
