Potential employees need to know this place is a sweat shop. Its mostly a place where people can grab a check while looking for a better job. The company loyalists will get mad at you for personal reasons (i.e. not going to lunch with them) and talk crap about you to the owners. The owners, who make no effort to be objective or balanced, side with the loyalists and fire you out of hand with a simple 'it's not working out' given as a reason. Then you are forced to empty our your desk while the finks who bad mouthed you hide in the owner's office because they don't have the courage to face you. Overall a very bad experience.
