What stands out is that they actually listen and continue putting new support systems and initiatives in place based on that feedback. There’s a lot of freedom and trust in how you work, which makes it easy to find a style and routine that suits you best. The culture is incredibly supportive, and you’re surrounded by like-minded people who genuinely want the best for each other and celebrate each other’s successes daily.
