- horrible management - transferring too many staff from other locations - cutting hours citing "productivity levels" without giving written or verbal confirmation of this issue - not allocating Chinese staff on shift for primarily Mandarin-speaking customer base - shifting blame onto staff for falling sales - charging incorrect totals to customers - unpaid after 11pm due to understaffing and extensive cleaning/closing procedures - managers/supervisors would often stand at the front when the kitchen staff need help clearing orders
