My time at BinMile Technologies was marred by disappointment. After completing projects, the company showed a lack of consideration by letting employees go without notice or compensation. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident; more than 50 other employees faced the same treatment after my departure.What's worse, the behavior of the CEO was unprofessional and immature. They intervened in an HR colleague's attempt to assist me on LinkedIn, going as far as deleting her post made on my behalf. This behavior is concerning and reflects poorly on the company's leadership.I would caution anyone considering employment at BinMile Technologies to think twice. The disregard for employees' well-being and unprofessional conduct of the CEO create a negative work environment. Look for opportunities elsewhere where your contributions are valued and respected.
