The mission and vision of the company is excellent.
Cons
The next to the highest manager of the company is a bully. She has no anger management and has no respect for people. Without rational investigation, she confronts employees in corridors when she suspects something is not done right. Without writing policies and without informing employees of her policies she issues warnings of violations for non existent policies. She writes up employees for non existent policies. She makes changes to the employee handbook to target employees that she envies. She targets employees that do an excellent job. She knows nothing about management of a company and of people. She has no empathy.
