Pros
I like that they allow profit sharing. 401K matching is great. Health insurance is good, was better , but still better than a lot of companies.
Cons
Some departments have way too much drama and those causing it get away with it and they don't do anything to change, so good workers leave because they don't want to deal with that. Pay for entry level jobs could be more competitive, especially those dealing with bio-hazardous materials.
