Pros

Parking Ramp onsite, lots of vacant positions available for upward mobility whether you are really qualified or not. Many opportunities for Caucasian males willing to bide sometime and put in so-so effort.

Cons

"Compensation Team" that the company keeps referring to consists largely of unexperienced high school grads who are tasked with assigning pay rates to those with advanced degrees. Historically, the private industry salary outpaces that of academia, however, it appears this company has it backwards as the nearby University of Minnesota offers more competitive starting salaries. Instead of hiring qualified individuals roles are given to those who will do it for the least pay regardless of if they are qualified or entirely new to the role. Attrition has to be nearing 50% over the past year or so largely due to the pay being so very low.
