No work life balance The new executives have no ability to see the importance of the lab facing people who are doing the work to bring the data the company relies on for revenue Leadership and team work is absolute trash The system is extremely hierarchical which makes it impossible to learn anything outside of the scope of work they think you should have access to because they may view you as incompetent. Leaders of the team are incapable of seeing the opportunity to mentor young people just coming into the biotech space . It’s tragic
